Payment & Deposit Policy

All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. Events booked within 14 days must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Clients may reschedule once with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability. Events canceled within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable. Signature Cocktail Bar reserves the right to assess reschedule eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

Alcohol Service Policy

Signature Cocktail Bar operates as a BYOB mobile bartending service. Clients are responsible for providing all alcohol and ensuring its legal purchase and transport. Our bartenders will verify guest age and reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals.

Insurance & Liability Disclaimer

Signature Cocktail Bar carries general and liquor liability insurance. We are not liable for damages, accidents, or incidents caused by guests or client-provided alcohol. Clients agree to hold Signature Cocktail Bar harmless except in cases of proven gross negligence.

Force Majeure Clause

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, emergencies, or situations beyond our control), Signature Cocktail Bar reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services. Refunds or rescheduling will be handled at the sole discretion of the company.

Photography  &  Media Disclaimer

We may take photos or short videos of the bar setup or drinks for marketing purposes. If you prefer we do not share visuals from your event, please notify us in writing prior to your event.

Confidentiality & NDAs

A standard confidentiality clause is included in our service agreements. Additional NDAs are available upon request for private or corporate events.

Travel & Setup Policies

Travel fees apply for events located more than 30 miles outside of Atlanta. Setup requires at least a 6x4 ft space. Additional space may be required depending on add-ons or enhancements.

Overtime Policy

Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments based on your package rate. Please notify us as early as possible if you expect extended service time.
